On Thursday 9th April, Albert Street Food & Wine brings to you a 4 course degustation menu, celebrating Australia’s amazing seafood, with paired wine for just $115 per person. By signing up to our mailing list and becoming an Albert Street Local, the entire night costs just $95 per person!

Dayan Hartill-Law spent 2 years working under Peter Gilmore at Quay which started a long term love affair with fish and seafood. It’s no coincidence that some of our most popular dishes on the menu come from the sea! After travelling recently to Japan, Dayan has found renewed inspiration and is excited to be working with Ocean Made Seafood to create a night of Japanese influenced dishes with a canape & four course degustation with paired wines selected by our wine guru and Restaurant Manager, Damien Desbois.

Ocean made seafood have worked with Albert Street Food and Wine for a long time now and it’s not surprising to see their delivery van outside some of the finest establishments in Melbourne. We’re lucky to be joined by Jason from Ocean Made who will be on hand to discuss their produce in more detail on the night.

The Lunch Break

Join us for lunch and enjoy a main course and a glass of Albert Street Red or White wine or a glass of Thunder Road Brewery’s Brunswick Bitter or Full Steam Pale Lager for just $20.

Dayan Hartill-Law will create a delicious dish using seasonal produce and we’ll make sure that it’s in front of you so you can get back to work without extending your lunch break!

For those with a little more time on their hands, stay and enjoy any one of our desserts for an additional $10.
